This is the SIMPLE PROCESS:

1. Make your IMPRESSIONS at home

Smile Brilliant will send you the Impression Kit for you to make your teeth impressions at home. It's super easy to make and only takes a few minutes. (I did it while getting ready in the morning! Super easy!)

Once your impressions are completely dried, you put them back into the prepaid shipping envelope from Smile Brilliant and ship them back to the company lab. The impressions will reach the lab in about 3-4 business days and your own custom whitening trays will be made and shipped to you within 5 business days after they receive your impressions.

2. Receive your Whitening Trays at home

When your whitening trays arrive at your home, you can begin the whitening process right away! I like to whiten for 30 minutes to an hour while I'm washing dishes or doing stuff around the house because I can accomplish multiple things at once.

Prior to application, brush your teeth with water (no toothpaste) and clean/dry your custom-fitted trays.

Remove cap and apply the whitening gel to the trays. It's so simple and just like putting on a mouthguard or retainer. You can leave the trays on for 45 minutes or up to 3 hours depending on how sensitive your teeth may be. If you have sensitivity to the whitening gel, then Smile Brilliant provides Desensitizing Gel that you can apply in the trays before you apply the Whitening Gel.

3. Long-Term Brilliance

You will need to do 7-14 applications, once per day (or every other day), for 1-3 hours per application. The number of applications you’ll need to completely remove all stains from your teeth will depend on the severity of stains as well as the length of time per application. If you have sensitive teeth, shorter applications are recommended, but do keep in mind that it may take more time to achieve stain-free teeth. Consistency is also important to achieve the best results! Once all stains have been removed from your teeth, we recommend maintaining your results with 3 applications every 3-4 months. This will remove any new stains that may have accumulated during that time.
