Fashionable Winter Hats

One of my favorite parts of the Autumn/Winter wardrobe is the hat collection! From loose-knitted beanies and stocking caps to hipster fedoras and French berets, the variety of styles and colors is endless!

As the weather is cooling and the snow begins to fall, navigate some of these adorable wintry styles that will have you looking cozy and fabulous in any chilly situation. You'll find top styles at affordable prices with shopping suggestions below each picture.

Loose-Knit Beanie

This style of chunky knit beanie is a comfortable style for cold, winter days when you want to keep as much heat as possible in your body, but still look cute in the blizzard. Some of my favorite styles can be found for very affordable prices at Free People, H&M and Urban Outfitters.

Stocking Cap

Stocking caps are a timeless staple when it comes to cold weather. This protective, warm head gear was most likely started in the 1800's by both Scandinavian and British workers who spent most of their days outdoors working in extremely cold, wet weather. Some of my favorite and most affordable styles this season can be found at Old Navy, GAP and Eddie Bauer.

French Beret

The French Beret Hat has been around since the 19th century when it became a main uniform staple for school children and military personnel in both France and Spain. Since then, it has made it's way into civilian life wardrobes and become a reoccurring favorite for almost every decade of fashionistas. Some of my favorite styles can be found at Rose Gal, Forever 21 and Target.

Newsboy Hat

Newsboy Hats come in a variety of materials, but have a truly flattering way of shaping your head while accentuating your nose, cheekbones, eyes and lips. Whether you're having a bad hair day or just want to look extra chic walking to your office in the bitter cold, the newsboy hat is a little accessory that goes a long way. Some of my most favorite, affordable styles can be found on Etsy, Amazon and Khol's.

Winter Fedora

The fedora is a timeless hat that has come back into the fashion scene the past five years with the rise of the hipster movement. More styles of fedoras are becoming available in various materials, such as wool, and other colors that compliment more wintry outfits. A few of my favorite styles this year can be found at GAP, Banana Republic and Uniqlo.

I hope you have a joyous Autumn and Winter Season filled with beautiful moments of love, joy and an extra ounce of fashion! Cheers!
