Merry Christmas!
One of my favorite things about Christmas is showing appreciation to people around me and even to strangers. It reminds me of how much God sacrificed for us by sending His Only Son Jesus to this world as a tiny baby to experience and feel what we feel, and give His life as a sacrifice for our sinful hearts. He gave everything for us, and so I think it's only fitting that we give our hearts back to God and the treasures of our hands to those around us. You never know when the person you touch today with a simple, kind gesture may need to know that they're not alone in this world and that God loves them very much.
Let's take a few moments this busy week to remember how much God has demonstrated His GREAT LOVE for us by sending His Son Jesus to this world to become our Eternal Savior, and let's stop for a second to see those around us who may just need an extra smile, extra hello or an extra ounce of love this Christmas.
I pray you have a wonderful Christmas and that God radiates His light and love into your hearts this week and for the whole year to come. You are a priceless treasure from God to those in your world. Be the gift of hope and love that can never be found in a store.
