Grandma's Corn Bake

This is one of my favorite Thanksgiving and Christmas recipes that my grandmother made for 30+ years. It's simple and easy. After several years, she began making a double batch because it went so fast!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Cream Style Corn

  • 1 can Whole Kernel Corn

  • 1/2 stick of melted butter

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 eggs beaten

  • 1 box of Jiffy Cornbread Mix

Directions:

  1. Mix together and place in oiled casserole dish.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min until golden brown.

  3. Stick a knife into center to make sure it's not too runny.
