Artichoke Dip


You can never have too many appetizers! That's why I love to make new (and old) recipes all the time for a family meal or party.

This recipe for Artichoke Dip is one of my favorite hot appetizers that a wonderful woman named Julie Wise gave to my mother and me years ago, and it is still a BIG HIT in my family today!

APPETIZER: Artichoke Dip (Served Hot)

Ingredients:

1 can chopped Artichokes

1 small can of chopped green chiles

1 cup parmesan cheese (kind used on spaghetti)

½ cup of mayonnaise

Directions:

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Serve with veggies or crackers.
