My adorable toddler is quite a picky eater. His taste buds vary from day-to-day and sometimes I get frustrated with what to give him. But, I have found lately that he DEVOURS these tiny turkey meatballs that I came up with!

So whether you have picky eaters or not, here is a fantastic recipe for Kid Meatballs!

Ingredients:

1/2 lb. of ground turkey (fresh or fully thawed)

2 eggs

1/2 cup of plain bread crumbs

Ketchup

Worcestershire Sauce

Garlic powder

Black pepper

Salt

Directions:

1. Place the ground turkey in a medium size mixing bowl.

2. Crack eggs into the bowl and stir into the ground turkey.

3. Generously sprinkle black pepper, salt, garlic powder onto turkey and mix well.

4. Sprinkle bread crumbs onto ground turkey and mix well.

5. Squeeze a few tablespoons of ketchup onto the turkey along with a generous amount of Worcestershire sauce. Mix all ingredients well.

6. Wash your hands well and mold small balls of the turkey mixture in your hands.

7. Cook the meatballs in a frying pan on medium-high for 7-8 minutes. Add more Worcestershire sauce to the cooking meatballs if desired for a carmelized flavor. (Make sure to check the inside of the meatballs that they're fully cooked before eating them or serving them to your kids.)
