AMAZING Pumpkin Bread!

I absolutely dream of Fall weather, festivities and food all year long! It is my FAVORITE time of year and so I hope you won't mind if we get a little crazy with our yummy Fall recipes this month. (If you don't like pumpkin, then you will definitely change your mind after tasting these delicious recipes!)

One of my favorite Fall treats is pumpkin bread. It's warm, sweet and spicy all at the same time. There are very few words to describe it! Ha! Another reason I adore pumpkin bread is because my picky-eating toddler gobbles it down by the handful. So, I decided to share this great pumpkin bread recipe with you today that I found a while back on AllRecipes.com. This is a fun, easy recipe that your entire family and even the pickiest of eaters will enjoy this festive time of year.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • 2/3 cup water

  • 3 cups white sugar

  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour three 7x3 inch loaf pans.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water and sugar until well blended. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour into the prepared pans.

  3. Bake for about 50 minutes in the preheated oven. Loaves are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

**Be sure to wrap the cooled pumpkin bread in tinfoil so that it stays moist and ALWAYS make sure to eat this yummy Fall favorite with a hot cup of coffee or cold glass of milk! Bon appetit!
